I ordered this drill because I needed to replace my previous one. I did not need anything super fancy, just something to use around the house. I debated for a time on getting the 14 or 18 volt. After reading reviews and recommendations online, I went with the smaller one. I was not disapppointed at all. It is a great little drill with more than enough power to get the job done.
