Bought mine here from Amazon.com about a month ago and have used and tested it with much satisfaction ever since. I reviewed all 57 reviews for this tool here before buying and I rely heavily on these reviews before buying. I was concerned about the shaft wobble and the easy releaseability of the bit when the chuck is bumped or put into a tool bucket. These were so well written up by earlier reviewers. I am pleased to say that it appears as if both situations have been resolved. The chuck release spring has been stiffened and the shaft turns true. Tested it with the collar pulled back and there is no wobble. A 6 inch bit spins true. And, the collar needs a firm pull back to release the bit now. The case has ample room for all sorts of accessories. The charger is very light to lug around. The tool brakes when you release the "trigger" which is undocumented and allows you to stop with one thread left connected on screws instead of coasting to a stop and the screw stopping where it may. The slider release to change from a straight to a pistol is spring loaded so you don't have to remember to make sure the tool is locked into its new position. It clicks into a locked positon when the tool arrives at the new configuration. The previous tool I purchased from Amazon using the reviews as decision making was for the Porter-Cable 548P Bayonet Saw.(...) I have been so thankful I did.Customer Review: Cordless Screwdriver

This is a great tool with what I consider a major design problem, that can and should be fixed by dewalt to receive 5 stars from all that use it. The chuck has a feature where you pull it back and insert your bit, but it need almost no pressure to do this which leads to anything from a bump or a drop of the screwdriver to easily eject the bit. If you use this as a tradesman you are sure to lose alot of bits. Carry it in your tool bag and your sure to search for the bit. Dewalt needs to make a chuck that needs either more pressure to release or a locking system. This is such a useful tool for anyone, but climb a ladder and bump the chuck, you'll be exhausted, or you may turn to your bigger cordless that knows how to keep a bit!Customer Review: DeWalt 7.2 Volt cordless screwdriver

The 7.2 Volt DW920K was given to me as a gift and I have used and abused it for years now. It was a replacement for a Milwaukee cordless and there is absolutely no comparison. I can say without reservation that I use this one tool more than any other tool that I own, powered or not. If it died today I would buy another one tomorrow, it's been that good. If there is a down side, it's that I haven't been able to find replacement batteries locally. The original batteries are getting tired, they don't hold a charge anymore so it's time to replace them. I can find them online but I live in Alaska and vendors LOVE to see that as they can double and sometime triple shipping charges.
