Customer Review: good but picky about bits

I bought it for light- to medium-duty jobs, and it's met my needs well so far. I like the 2-position handle, the 2 batteries, the speedy recharge, and the work-light. But it only comes with 1 bit, a #2 Phillips. And the bit is unusually long and has a retaining groove around it, and the chuck can't directly accept the short grooveless bits from my magnetic drivers. Without an adapter they either sink all the way down into the chuck, or rest against the retaining mechanism which isn't designed to withstand pressure. I found that a magnetic bit extender makes a fine adapter, but it should have come with a proper one. Still, I'm happy with the value and I'd buy it again.
Plus, the Green Arrow used it in the 2010 season finale' of Smallville...good enough for me!

This is one great little screw driver. I have purchased my third one. It is the most used power tool in my tool bucket. it is light weight and yet very powerful for it's size.
